    Use of Nitro 14 License on Two Devices

    I have an unexpired term 1 year license for Nitro 14 (that includes Nitro Sign), which I have been using on my regular laptop.  I have a second laptop that I use in certain circumstances and would like to use Nitro on both.  Do I need to purchase a 2nd license?  If so, can I convert the existing license without losing whatever time I have remaining on it?

  • Hello everyone I have a license key here as soon as I complete the upgrade https://www.gonitro.com/de/support/upgrade If I want to do this, I get the message that the key could not be checked. We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. But the key is 100% correct. How should I proceed so that I can update the key to v14?   Big Thanks

    Slow to open/save docs

    Since yesterday Apr 29th…my Nitro Pro 13.50.4.1013 has been extremely slow to open/save/convert docs. is there an update I am in need of?

  • Hello Community, We have a pdf file that was sent by our client, and it does not show its content correctly. Letters are all scrambled and looks like special characters. Please advise at the earliest. The same document opens up fine in Adobe Reader and any Web Browser.    Image can be downloaded from here.

    Unable to activate the license key

    Dear IT support, Seek assistance with reactivating my copy of Nitro Pro Version 12 using the current license key. Upon attempting to reactivate, I encountered an error message, the details of which are as follows: "The serial number entered does not exist." Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

  • Hello, I am unable to activate my Nitro Pro 14 license. The license is freshly purchased with 0 prior activations. I get error -20 "Invalid license number" when I either paste the code from the order confirmation page, or type it manually. I am unable to submit a support ticket as it just forces me into a loop of identifying myself->my issue->back to start. Please assist ASAP. Thank you, Jonathan
