Hi, I would like some help locating my entire serial number as I've misplaced the document on which it is tracked.  How would I go about locating it? Thanks

Hello everyone I have a license key here as soon as I complete the upgrade https://www.gonitro.com/de/support/upgrade If I want to do this, I get the message that the key could not be checked. We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. But the key is 100% correct. How should I proceed so that I can update the key to v14?   Big Thanks 

current customer... how to re-install Nitro Pro for windows?

Is it possible to create folders to store the documents in 'My Documents'? ie Working & Signed just as two simple options. I am then also assuming that these would be visible to other users with appropriate security. Many thanks - this may already be in the forum, but a search did not actually resolve the query.

I cannot create PDFs from any Outlook emails on my Windows 11 laptop. My desktop PC is running Windows 10 and that creates PDFs from Oulook just fine. Are there any known issues with Window 11, or is there a fix?    

When we create a PDF from within Microsoft Word, the default "save to" location is "Documents."  It would be less inconvenient if we could change that to "Desktop."  Where can that be changed?

Hi  The activation serial number I've been sent is only 14 digits long, starts with 504. This is for Nitro Pro 14. Supplied by Cleverbridge. Can anyone help activate my product? Thanks  Adam
