    I purchased Nitro Pro 12 PDF Editor on January 30, 2019 with a Lifetime License (number 156**************).  I recently bought a new computer and tried to re-install my software, I get a message that says my serial number is invalid.  Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Ron Yates

    Incomplete Serial Number

    I have a new computer and am attempting to transfer my Nitro Pro subscription from my old computer to my new one, but I only have a partial serial number in the "about nitro pro" box.  How do I get my full serial number?

  • I am entering the serial number of my product and it says that it is not possible to validate the serial number.

  • my purchase of v13 in february 2022 was supposed to include a free upgrade to v14 when released. your upgrade page will not accept my serial number. please let me know how to upgrade my version of nitropro. thank you

  • I still have an issue.  doesn't recognize my serial number.  About in 13 does not show full serial number (shows xxxxx).  I got serial number from original 13 email and entered that (no dashes as on email).  Did not recognize. added dashes in format per your help page.  Still did not recognize.

  • Hello and thanks for helping. I brought up Nitro Pro 11 (11.0.3.134) today and the toolbars looked, as I remember it, like they did when I first installed. The Quick Access toolbar was above not below the ribbon and none of my Favorite Tools - or any other tools for that matter - appeared on the ribbon. It's never happened before. I'll recreate what I had as best I can. I'm not worried about that. And I'll do a screenshot so if it happens again, I can quickly restore what I had. But I'd rather it not happen again. And I'd like to know what it did happen. Has anyone else had the problem and/or is it something I should report? Again, thanks for "listenin

  • I have a paid license of Nitro 13 with its corresponding serial number, but cannot upgrade to version 14 upon following the instructions provided in your site. What may be the problem here? Best regards, Esteban
