  • What an incredibly complex help system you have.  Your product is good but trying to find a way to get help is challenging.  I switched my primary work computer to a new computer and want to re-install my version of Nitro on it.  I originally purchased the Nitro Productivity Suite in Feb of 2020. I have the serial number that came with that purchase. Nothing on the invoice or email tells me what version that was.  I went to download the software for the new computer and the product I purchased in 2020 is no longer available. I tried to download the current version (version 14) and when I enter the serial number to activate it it says the serial number doesn

    Use of Nitro 14 License on Two Devices

    I have an unexpired term 1 year license for Nitro 14 (that includes Nitro Sign), which I have been using on my regular laptop.  I have a second laptop that I use in certain circumstances and would like to use Nitro on both.  Do I need to purchase a 2nd license?  If so, can I convert the existing license without losing whatever time I have remaining on it?

    URGENT: Cannot Access Nitro Sign.

    I have cleared my browser history, rebooted my computer twice, successfully reset my Nitro Sign password but I still cannot access it.    

  • Hello! I've just downloaded the trial version of Nitro Pro 14.22.1.0 - first time I've ever done it (after reading lots of promo messages about a 14-day full-feature trial). Registered, signed on, but the software keeps saying "trial expired", "zero days left on trial". But I haven't had even 1 second of trial time, let alone 14 days! Can you help? -Andrey

    Upgrade/Activation

    I have an old version of Nitro PDF Profession (V6) from 2010 installed on my old computer that I am now upgrading. The old installer I have does not finish installing because my new system is 64 bit. I was happy with my old version - but in case it is not possible to continue using my old software on my new computer, am I eligible for a discount due to my existing license? My license number has 18 numbers, starting with 234*********.   Thanks.

    Cant transfer serial number

    I am not able to move over my serial number. I just took over IT at this company and am unsure on what email was used to purchase the license in the past, and I am unsure on what the serial number is. Is there a way to view the serial number from the PC that has an active license?
